Contrary to the User Registration information, Etalyvacations.com
requires supplemental passenger registration information
(first and last name of tour guests), delivery information
(name, mailing address, day and alternate phone number,
email address) and credit card information (card type, number,
expiration date, cardholder's name, security code, billing
address).
Such information is needed to fulfill all aspects of your
vacation reservation (including, but not limited to –
billing, customer service, confirmation, and any other ad-hoc
